Your statement proves my point, they buy brands they have heard of and trust, and Intel fits that category. AMD and Athlon don't.

Great point. Apple is a superb marketer, with a vastly over-priced, incompatable product. Do you or anyone on this thread think that they have a superior product to AMD or Intel? Yet they are a leader in market share.

So what exactly is it that sells computers?
