CyberX telephone support is excellent...
...which is quite a surprise to me, since other brokers' telephone support is miserable. However, my unhappiness with the CyBerX package has nothing to do with the responsive and knowledgeable CyBerX support staff. (Are you reading this, Quote.com, you pikers! :-)
Rather, my disappointed lies with the program itself. The interface takes up way too much valuable screen real estate; it's not very configurable (the small lettering is too hard to read on my 1600 x 1200 21" monitor, particularly the fuzzy jaggy Last Trade price in the Stock Data Panel); most times, when I right-click in QCharts to commence a trade with CyBerX, the user-selected trade parameters that pop up (#shares, price-limit, order route) are *not* what I need to use for that particular trade, so I then need to answer "no" to the pop-up window, go into CyBerX to manually change the ticker symbol in the Stock Data Panel, dial in the new price and share-amount (which have changed by the time I have accomplished the preceding steps), and then select the order-route with multi-clicks instead of a single click.
I'm afraid the whole thing is just not very well thought-out. I'm sure there are several ways of making the best of such a poorly conceived interface, but I just am not interested in making the best of a dubious situation.
If you tell me that CyBerCorp has serious plans for imminent and fundamental improvements for CyBerX, I'll stick around for a little while and see what they come up with.
Thank you for responding to my previous post.
