Greg,

I never have been a big fan of stock buybacks except under certain conditions. Given the amount of cash on hand and the steady stream of cash generated by INTC, however, I don't see the buyback as a big deal either way. I don't think they are neglecting other uses for the cash and there is not a shortage of cash. The last thing I would like to see is a substantial increase in the dividend or an acquisition just for the sake of acquisition.
