To All: This stock will decline to book value or below unless something BIG happens...and I don't think that can be done with announcenments of a new strategy or direction....It will have to be a BOD reorganization...or buyout...but I can't think of any major company that would consider buying this company at any kind of money above book...If a major company bought...their own stock would decline immediatly....enough of my thoughts... I have a few questions...Who is the board of directors?...are they mainly from the Salt Lake area? or are they respected leaders from around the nation?....Next...does anyone have any information around the "Golden Parachutes" that may exist....(which may be seen as a negitave for a potential suiter)...What is the "posion pill" provision? and finally what is the date of the annual shareholders meeting?...thanks...I once made a good profit on this company but got out at the last time at $29...and have become interested in the potential of making some more $$$ at this price range....
