Gee. No, I don't think they are coming on because they had nothing better to do. I am pretty certain that they come on TV to explain to investors, especially to those naysayers like you, what this deal is all about. I am not totally into this new concept yet but I am trying and that's certainly more than you are doing.

You come on here and all you can do is say that they looked desperate. I hope your clients or whatever listen better than you do.

I would advise anybody on here to make sure that they watch MONEYLINE tonight.

BTW. If you did watch MONEYLINE tonight, I can't imagine where or which one that was.

They had Sumner Redstone from Viacom on and he was quizzed about this merger. He called Mr. Levin and Mr. Case great businessmen and believes that this is a great merger. He was practically taking his hat off to them. Now here is a guy in the business for a long time but I am sure that you will still know a lot better what's good for AOL and their shareholders.

Mr. Pittman came on afterwards and I was very impressed. He took questions like what about the growth rate. He laughed and said that this was the biggest reason of the merger. He did not think that they would come down to TWX's growth rate but that TWX would come up to theirs. He stated that they always did what's best for the company and he feels that this is going down as a great business venture with more growth together than standing alone. Content, content, content.

He was asked why the stock is down and he said that could be expected. It will take those analysts a little while to fig. this whole thing out. This is a new era and nothing like this has done before. We are sure analysts will see the light. Not exact words. gg.

Anyhow. I listened very carefully and came away quite satisfied at this juncture. I feel confident enough right now that I will venture into buying more AOL.

I have not read all the posts yet so I am not sure if you saw MONEYLINE. If you did not watch it, you should. It's on again right now on the East Coast.
