Other than oil and some mild wage inflation (God forbid our standard of living goes up a tad in a great economy) where do you see inflation? If the talking heads are correct (that % rates will rise and then fall by year end) I am more concerned about going to far than going to light in the short term with rate increases. I can remember reading that it takes 9 months to a year for rate increases to work into the system. Knowing that....have we given the current increases enough time to work? I think NOT!
