Kelly, You are the first that has finally figured Mr. Butcher out. He has no business sense what so ever. He has treated ETPI as a public play toy at the expense of his shareholders. He has put the Redfish and Chacho's in Chapter 11 and the Hero's Facility is 60-90 days behind with the bank. We have heard nothing of his last merger that was announced with Multi-Technologies. I wonder if it is really a truth or just a promotion scheme. I also was told by a shareholder that his brokerage company would not handle his 144 stock due to late filings by ETPI. There are at least 3 lawsuits that are going to court in the 90day I also heard. As long as Butcher is allowed to use this company as a personal play toy investors have no hope!!!!!
