With the AGM fast approaching, I am reminding everyone that if you cannot attend, and wish to cast your vote(s), you can through a proxy. For those who wish to show support of Cecil Musgrave (Investor's Guru) to the board, Chad has offered to act as proxy on our behalf.

To that end, I recommend Item 4 be voted against. The other items at your discretion.

You have till Monday morning to mail or fax your proxy statement. I would recommend, to be safe, not to mail it but to fax it before the weekend.
