Only point was, it'll cost more to pay Joe to fix the thing than it would to buy and install a new drive (assuming you do the install yourself). I just installed a new CD-RW, and plan to start burning some CD's. You can do audio CD's and rip songs off other CD's or use MP3's. I'm off to read. Night all. Here's to hoping Gloop is in a better mood tomorrow. I'll expect that review in my mailbox first thing in the morning. I'm three hours behind you, so if you get up, say at 4:00 am, you should have time to get it done before the kids get up.
