I did see that and your guess may well be right as to the purchaser. What do you think about the idea Stan might take the company private? It doesn't make sense to me, given his age and the likelihood that the whole public offering was done as an exit strategy.

Despite the wimpy earnings report, at least they were profitable and I still don't see bankruptcy. So I don't see the point in selling here, given the potential upside. Just think of it as a LEAP.
