the bond market is due for a rally anyway, no matter what easy Al says. you shouldn't declare anything to be 'over'. it isn't over until it's really over, and obviously none of the classic show stoppers have worked, like earnings misses and rising rates. just wait for INTC to miss again tonight, that should give us an absolutely crazy tech rally on Friday.
