Alan, I disagree with you that USRX would be 80 right now without the
merger. The NASDAQ has taken a beating, and USRX would have gone down
right with everything else. I agree that USRX would be higher, but not
that much. Probably be trading in the high 50s or low 60s.


A good example of this is ASND. They beat expectations and expect another good quarter. They have been taken down a lot too. I know about CSCC but ASND was down prior to that annoucement. Maybe ASND would be in the 50s if it was not aquiring CSCC.
