I noticed that you guys were talking about shells and the ticker NHLT came up. NHLT will be a clean shell very soon. The only difference is the company will have no debt and about $2.9MM in assets plus a guaranteed revenue stream. There is also word that some private companies will be merged into the company down the road. As far as the price is concerned. I would like to see it drop a bit, but the deal is very close and the company is worth much more then it's present cap. I have been in this stock for close to 2 years now. I expect to see it break it's old high of .59 sometime early this summer. Sure there are some risks involved, but the potential for the company to succeed is much greater than the risk. Look for news coming soon.
