CyBerQuant is a powerful tool for swing traders, but it can also be used for daytraders too. An example would be for filtering stocks with good volume, whose low for the day is 3/8 below the open, and whose CURRENT PRICE is 1/4 above the open. Thus, finding stocks who fell from the open but have regained steam and who have CURRENTLY risen from the low and broke above the open. This is only one idea & not a proven query to make money.

It can also be used for the investor who wants to find stocks for his long term holds or IRA. They could filter stocks with great earnings and dividends that are in the technology sector. Having a filter that makes the 15 SMA 10% greater than the 60 day SMA, but no more than 30% greater, will filter stocks that have had a steady increase (eliminating stocks that have shot up in the last few weeks).

If you have an idea for a query but are having trouble making it, you can always call a support person to help you with this.
