Lloyd, I believe you are going to be very happy when you see the makeup of the new management and board of directors. And no, the work on the proxy statement is still going on, but there are no hangups as far as I know. The I's get dotted and the T's get crossed and then they can set the date. I haven't said anything because I haven't had anything to say, but I'm telling you, I am chomping at the bit to see the official news. The board is going to be made up of some outstanding people in public service and finance. These are the kind of people who work for the public good and also build companies that provide needed goods and services. As an example, Kirk will be on the board.
In the past couple of weeks on the Usenet, somebody has forged somebody else's email address to scream that a particular stock should be sold and shorted. The stock is Urban Resource Technologies, symbol URT and traded on a Canadian exchange. I don't trade on Canadian exchanges and I don't follow the company, but I know that URT has a Shareholder Action Committee like mine and the moderator, Bill Demorrow, lives in Florida. We have never met, but he is president of an investment club I am into. Anyway, somebody forged Bill's email address to a post in capital letters saying to short URT. I am concerned the same thing could happen to me. URT is going through placement of a secondary refinancing, so I assume the scammer shorted the stock and tried to make it crash. QLSI is going through a major change that should make the stock appreciate very nicely in the coming months (in my opinion). But with the stock going way up, and with the increased volume, certain types of individuals could be attracted to try to take advantage of the situation in a way that would cause people like yourself to sell. They can't affect the opinions of the big money managers who will ultimately make this company happen, but in some perverse way, maybe they think they can. These scammers live by failure and failure is their creed. Kirk and the new management of Costa Rica International Holdings are builders who construct reputable, useful entities that produce such things as food products and learning tools. Personally, I put my money where my intellect (and, yes, even my heart) tells me it should be.
