Ultratech Stepper announces resignation of president and COO
SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 1997-- Ultratech Stepper Inc announced today that James L. Schram has resigned as president and chief operating officer and director to pursue other interests.
Arthur W. Zafiropoulo, chairman of the board and chief executive officer, has assumed the responsibilities of the president and chief operating officer for the company. Schram will continue as a consultant for a six-month period reporting to Zafiropoulo. "We want to thank Jim for his services to the company and wish him well," Zafiropoulo said.
