Zeev, Please take out your crystal ball. I am doing a home loan today. Do I do a 15yr at 7 7/8% -OR- a 5yr/1yr ARM at 7 5/8% with a 2% year cap and 6% total cap??? I guess I am asking: "Where do you see interest rates in 5 years?/" Thanks Mark
