manohar that's when his capital gain tax timeframe will be over. in germany, gains made of investments within 12 months are taxable with your personal income rate (in most cases around 50%). after the 12 month timeframe the gains are non-accessible. so kai doesn't have to pay taxes on his gains made with softbank by jan 18th. best regards sunny
