On instinet when I left the office at 5:10 NY time, there was a 49 bid for 4000, and a 48 1/2 bid for 15000 or so. 3COM was bid at 28 1/2.

What beautiful earnings. Was 90 whatever cents on a gain or operarting numbers. If on gain what was the operating number.

All of you USRX holders, quit this silly talk of voting against the merger. As an owner of 3COM, USRX is the only shinning star we have.
