Back up numbers for a good quarter: Audiovox (Big and getting bigger CDMA phone supplier) results. Jeff Vayda Net sales for the quarter were $410.5 million, a 97% increase from sales of $208.8 million in the comparable period one year ago. Net income and net income per share for the quarter were $11.4 million or $0.59 basic ($0.56 diluted) compared to net income of $3.4 million or $0.18 basic and diluted for the three months ended November 30, 1999 and 1998 respectively. For the fiscal year ended November 30, 1999, net sales were $1.16 billion, an 88% increase from sales of $616.7 million in the comparable period one year ago. Net income and income per share were $27.2 million or $1.43 basic ($1.39 diluted) compared to net income of $3.0 million or $0.16 basic and diluted for the fiscal year 1998 and 1998 respectively.
