You are absolutely speedy. I got the call during dinner and decided to finish the meal before posting. You get the early bird award. Schram will not be on the Board of Directors anymore and has a 6 month "consulting contract" with UTEK. This does not sound like a happy parting of the ways. I never liked the idea that Art gave up some of his control over the company. I actually take this as a great sign. Art is now in full control again. We now know why 1.4 million shares were dumped the other day and why the stock fell 4 points, I think. I must be blind because I think this is a good sign. After all, Art brought them to their initial greatness and the fall from grace was under the stewardship of Schram. It probably is a coincidence but things started going down hill after Art got less involved in the day to day business. Jeff-you missed your calling. Your speed is rivaled only by the speed of light. Now all you have to do is publish tomorrow's earnings report tonight<ggg>. Andrew
