Interesting - but if you were the manager and had one issue taking up 70% of you support staff, would you not find a way - quickly - so solve the problem.

I see two ways -

1- long term, fix the problem.

2- short term, blast out over every message board, email to everyone - whatever it takes to get the word out, "We know we have a problem - do not call on it."

The damage that continues being done by allowing 70% of the staff to be tied up with such a problem can not be condoned.
