He owns over 1 million shares and doesn't want to see present management given tenure. He's been out of there over 13 months, and they've run the stock price down from $4 to 25 cents. The arbitration award isn't due until some time in July, so he's not prepaid it. Also, the countersuit hasn't been heard yet. Nothing happened at the meeting; they've got a quorum, but not enough votes to pass their proposal -- so they've adjourned the meeting until May 30 without taking a formal vote. Doug PS.
