They're going to spin-off a company with no business, no reveunes, and questionable future? I dunno, but seems that what IDTC is trying to do would be like IBM trying to create a spin-off for each of their thousands of products and services. Sounds like plain gold-mining to me. That said, IDTC is looking a little like it may have put in a final bottom. sf
