Wow! Somebody just dropped the floor out of CICI. 200 shares in 2 minutes, nearly entirely on the sell side. . .

Can you say M-a-n-i-p-u-l-a-t-i-o-n?

I sold a very small amount a few minutes ago. . . but will only be looking to buy the rest of today. . . these guys are relentless. . .and obvious.. . .I may have to make another manipulation report to the SEC.
