INTC and RF

engineer - are you forgetting that they have purchased DSP Communications ? DSP/INTC chips are in CDMA 'phones in Japan.

You may also be aware that they have been successful in poaching key
RF staff from LSI in San Diego - I am also pretty sure they have picked up some QCOM and MOT people along the way, especially after the handset division sale.

Of course they have RF skills.
