Thursday January 13, 10:13 am Eastern Time RESEARCH ALERT - Nuevo Grupo Iusacell upped NEW YORK, Jan 13 (Reuters) - Dresdner Kleinwort Benson said Thursday it upgraded Mexican cellular firm Nuevo Grupo Iusacell to buy from add. -- said the recent announcement by Telefonica de Espana (NYSE:TEF - news) that it planned to buy out the floats of four of its units has positive implications for the Latin America telcos because it indicates that these assets are currently attractively priced. -- said Iusacell stands out as a missing piece of the ``LatAm wireless' puzzle in a region that is increasingly focused on consolidation and it could be a target for larger players seeking to include Mexico in their wireless footprint. -- Its ADRs were up 1-11/16 to 15-3/4.
