Tero: " Well - the perils on focusing exclusively on CDMA operators are demonstrated......."

Again you twist what people here are suggesting. Why? What is the point?

The posts I have been reading here just suggest that Nokia build up its strength in the CDMA market to sell phones there. The posters understand that Nokia is doing well in GSM and TDMA.

Regurgitating that Nokia is doing well with GSM and TDMA is useless and unhelpful and outside the point being discussed.

The question still is does Nokia plan to sell in the CDMA market?

If so how?

Especially with the data initiatives coming rapidly in Korea, Japan and then the rest of the world using Qualcomm ASICS.

Does Nokia intend to buy Korean CDMA chips for its Nokia phones?

An answer to that would be helpful.

Statistics from last year are of little use looking ahead, since the worldwide basis for wireless is shifting before our eyes (but perhaps not your eyes - are they closed?)

Best.

Chaz

PS Thinking about the 3 legged stool for Nokia - supplying fine phones for CDMA, GSM, and TDMA - all three.
