From the COX thread,here is someone who just got @Home's service through COX's installation of 2-way HFC in San Diego. No one helped me install MSIE 3,no one showed me how to set up my computer. They had a computer expert,and a cable expert come over to his house,quite impressive. He was impressed, and thinks cable internet access will be a great hit. Well we have a stake here with LanCity and FDDI interfaces,

Remember 75% of people are totally impressed and about 90% of people with cable modems would recommend it to their friends.
