Just my speculation. During Dec, funds were accumulating NETP 28-33, while I kept seeing large blocks selling @ 30-33 range. Daytraders and momos were not in the NETP game at that time (low volatility). And Paul Allen filed 144 late Dec for 200K, ~10% of their NETP holdings. 48-52 are the range to load up more NETP now.
