fin-info.com - Carlson Online sedar.com - qbx sedars No names in any sedar docs yet of who took down the PP ... the release does say it was 'brokered', so in part it could have been done to get Canaccord onside - "The company has arranged a brokered private placement through Canaccord Capital Corp. for up to 2.5 million special warrants at a price of 70 cents per special warrant. [...] In consideration for the services performed by the broker, the company will pay to them a cash fee equal to 10 per cent of the proceeds of the offering and will issue to them agent's special warrants equivalent to 10 per cent of the number of special warrants sold under the offering." Nice to see it softer today, as i am more interested in buying than in selling. Sorry guys -g- .... cheers
