<OT> Aruba is just North of Venezuela, so coverage from Texas is likely to be quite marginal. G* USA doesn't claim to offer service that far south; will be interesting to see if service via Venezuela or Nicaragua is working. Politically, Aruba is part of the Netherlands, so it's likely that G* already has a license there.
