Sure, I've had lock ups and such. My remedy for that is a fresh boot every morning before I getting started, usually while I'm waiting for the caffeine get to my brain.

I realize that some mission critical machines will definitely upgrade, but aren't most of those machines using NT already?

I admit, I'm not as up on W2K as I should be, but I think half of all desktops in the first year may be optimistic.
