Earlie, I am one of those MIS types in a Fortune 500 company and no truer words have ever been spoken. You are dead right. <<MIS types control those budgets and I have never seen more unanimity than the current view which is "Are you kidding?, I just finished upgrading the whole darned shop for Y2K. I'm in coast mode until new apps appear. Besides, we don't have the budgets even if I wanted to.">> Steve
