OK,

I'd like to scan all stocks PREMARKET for the following criteria:

- Price gap +/- 20% or greater
- Premarket volume > 100K shares
- Trade rate > 10 trades per minute before 9:00am and > 20 trades per minute after 9:00 am

Can CyberQuant perform this scan?
