They won't give the detail of who is behind the PP for a while. If you look back it was always Canaccord who brokered the previous PP's for the insiders/friends. There is no way that they would do a private placement at that level with that much cash to anyone but insiders/friends. The VSE.. and now CNDX paysite is one of the most useful tools an investor can have for doing research on Canadian penny stocks. I use it constantly for digging. Best Regards KEITH
