Slightly on topic... It must be the january effect, or is it the general renaissance of the Small Caps after they suffered for 9 months at least. Even out old lady Osage Systems is now at $2, which is 400% of the 0.5 low... I go hunting on the AMEX.. it offers a lot of cheap stocks... As a counter measure, I took a short posiiton in BDE. Point & figure, and the january effect looks complete there.
