Off Topic: Brian Tobin is the Premier (little king) of Newfoundland/Labrador. He has effectively squashed the deal between Inco and the province that would allow Inco to mine the rich Voisey's Bay deposit. The project in essence has been Tobinated. Any money invested in the Voisey's Bay play is effectively dead money until a new government is elected into office. It seems harder to get these Canadian projects off the ground than to find the actual deposit. Seems as if the Government in it's wisdom does not know when it is time to change the baby's diapers. One of the reasons I feel safer investing my money in off shore projects (ie. outside of Canada).
