EGEOQ "Spike" in price and shares traded:

Could any of you "trader pros" out there render a possible explanation of what may be going on with EGEOQ?

It has been trading on the pink sheets since the Ch 11 proceedings started last fall, and for basically nothing: .01 to .04 cents. Today, it spiked to > 5/16 on volume of > 100K shares.

From what I can gather from the Yahoo thread (which has so much intrigue and dis-information going it makes Slider and Sarge look like amateurs) a few weeks back a "friendly" sale of their brand new seismic vessel was thwarted by a lawsuit.

It appears that they were attempting to sell it for cheaper than some higher offers that they were given from other sources. (which certainly smells of something underhanded going on)

The board at Yahoo has been cluttered up by a lot of garbage posts and innuendo that there is a paid disinformation campaign going on. Meanwhile, a few regulars have been posting about the ongoing lawsuit.

Anyone who understands the brokerage game have any ideas why it would have spiked?

I have 2K shares that are "zero cost" from trading the stock earlier this year that i rode down into the dirt.

Anyones positive input in this matter would be appreciated.

Regards,
