Microsoft has to deliver or they will begin losing market. That's probably true, however it just seems to me people don't upgrade as much anymore. I'd imagine there are lots of machines still running W95. So, I'm suspect of MSFT's claim of half the desktops will upgrade. Maybe W2K will be the magic bullet for everybody, who knows? I just know I won't be upgrading until I buy a new machine. arno
