It was my wife. She's always running off to the vet, usually against my wishes. She was on the money this time. I figure puppies throw up all the time. He had gotten into the catfood so I thought it was no big deal. When he refused to eat I knew something was wrong too. We spent over 1000 on that guinea pig before it was all over. Apparently small animals need a special Dr. and they happen to be more expensive. BTW--You can buy lots and lots of guinea pigs for 1000.
