Andrew,

Harbinger Capital owns a significant percent of the outstanding shares. Off the top of my head, I recollect about 20% of the company.

Harbinger is run out of California and is a hedge fund structure. There is a new guy running the fund and he basically inherited the position in Alanco. He is eager to make something of the position and will do something aggressive if necessary.
