I do have an intermediat target of 8-9. I have seen (over the last 3 years) when it goes up it hits these levels, otherwise it trades near book at about 3.5-4. I hope it will do what it did in the past and shoot to 9. Fundamentals do look good-need to see the financials in late Jan or early Feb. Hard call to decide to add to your position, but if goes down do feel it would be good buyout. If it goes past 7 unlikely buyout
