Hi Brian, I was just about to say 289M equivalent GSTRF shares would be the total to use for GLP Market Cap calculations; GSTRF would have 121M actual publicly traded shares outstanding and own 42% of GLP. This is before any conversion of PIs into GSTRF common, and does not account for TBD Qualcomm warrants, but after exercise of all other warrants, options and CPPIS, which, by the way, will bring in additional cash of over 400M$.
