Here is a company that I called a few days ago and the IR guy said that the company is about "finished" with it's quiet phase and told me to keep my eyes open.....on top of that, this company's stock was 8.00 in sept...and 1.75 the begining of DEC.....certainly a bottom fish...Ir confirmed the share float at about 7.5 million....look at the chart and read the news....decide for yourself.... bigcharts.com
