Hi gang! Although I no longer own any RAIN, I keep up with developments. As you may have heard, a "public company" has made an unsolicited Offer of around 124 million for Rainforest Cafe today. Trading was halted and if this were to take place the value of RAIN stock would be about 5.25 dollars per share. Better than what LACO was offering. The offer would be in cash and stock but the suitor's name was not disclosed. Will be interesting to hear who is making the offer. Mel
