NTPL - what's up with this? Have we hit a top, or just consolidating recent gains before the next move up. I'm going with the latter right now due to the relatively light volume on the move down, but was surprised it didn't at least close even with the rally in the NAZ if not at the days high, though it tends to be a little behind the "big boys" movement.
