Paul, apparently you have not taken the time to read this thread. That's your loss. I posted those questions you cite on the CSGI thread, not here, in order to help focus that thread on issues, not personal attacks. Anyone who has read that thread knows what I mean. I attended the Westergaard Conference; I knew all the answers to the questions I posed to you. Heck, I even wrote those questions based on CSGI's conference material!!!. Those were puffballs for you to hit out of the park. You should THANK me!!! Now I've got a ton of misinformation on this thread that I'm forced to resolve. If that was your intention, congratulations, you win. Satisfied? - Jeff
