The AC committee today gave SNRS a favorable verdict. I was too chicken to play this one long, although I was sorely tempted. Around 8 1/2 million shares short in December, so this is another substantial loss for the shorts. Avalon called this one correctly initially, but I don't know if they subsequently changed their adverse position. Peter
