it's my understanding the deal book closed pretty nicely for amcc. it was headed for 2x oversubscribed which is quite robust for a secondary. assuming cpi numbers are ok, intel cap spending figure bodes well for naz tomorrow. of course valuation is still relevant to an old fogie like me and I have no idea how to value anything anymore.
